Guided Mindfulness

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the act of bringing a focused attention to one thing in particular, following the notion of total acceptance.

Mindfulness means that when a thought, feeling or bodily sensation comes up, we are able to recognise them, then instead of following thoughts we can be in this space of focused attention to experience what comes up for us.

Total acceptance is a mindset and process which is unique to each person, it means that we can allow each moment to be as it is. Through practise and intention we can make this process easier to come by.

This is the practise.

Mindful awareness helps us to recognise what is happening with our mind, body and emotions without judgement.

Here at in rose clinic we use the breath, body and heart as tools to experience mindfulness.
